Who are we?
We are a team of SIP expert consultants, designers, estimators and engineers and have over 60 years of experience combined in SIP and Construction Projects. Founded in 2019, to deliver to the market a proposition around 3 core principles; quick response, communication and flexibility in our approach. Since our inception we have helped many of our clients achieve their project goals, which in some cases they thought was out of reach. We create a bespoke solution for you, to solve your project requirements.
Since its inception, the company has continued to grow and expand throughout the UK supplying many SIP projects and assisting many clients in achieving their visions.
Our vision and mission statement was simple; “To help you achieve SIP solutions for your project, big or small”.
We pride ourselves on taking on “all shapes and sizes of projects” – even if you have been told it cannot be done, due to costs or other issues. We work with you to solve these issues and offer solutions.

We do not have a one size fits all attitude to projects, we problem-solve for our clients and will investigate all ways to ensure the project can proceed based on our client’s requirements. We are not simply a “traditional” SIP company
We pride ourselves on being different from most of the other SIP companies as we understand the project complexities and the differing requirements from clients. We look at each project separately and there is no one size fits all attitude from our team. Whether you are looking for Blank Panels, a garden room, an extension or even have a development project for multiple new build houses we are able to accommodate and assist you through the whole process.
We problem-solve and help people achieve their projects
Maybe you have received another SIP quote that is too high (or some other issue with the long lead time or payment schedules etc). This can be disheartening when you want to use SIP for your build. This is why we fully review all potential projects to not only offer a comprehensive quote direct, but if it is not suitable due to costs or other issues then we also look to see where there can be savings or subtle design changes to be able to offer alternative quotes. Importantly without ever sacrificing product quality, utilising the same SIP panels and system components from our manufacturing supply partners. This multi-layered approach offers clients flexible solutions, whether it be cost savings, subtle design changes to eliminate additional structure or possible payment schedule changes to suit budgets etc…We believe there is a solution for the majority of projects and we work with you to find this.

The SPS product/ service is exclusive and unique to us. and what we supply consists of more than just raw materials. However, we are a strategic partner of one of the largest SIP panel manufacturers in the UK for all of our SIP panels and components. Our partnership ensures the provision of high-quality SIP products – with panels in stock for delivery within 7-10 days. The SIP products are manufactured at the UK factory to our specifications to ensure the highest quality materials and production systems are used. Our SIP is a fully approved product and system and has been utilised on hundreds of projects in the UK and Europe.
